I like that saying...'I've never woken up one morning and wished I'd drank the night before'...how true...
I love my dogs too and the heartfelt joy I get from their cuddles and slobber is soul warming.

Just for the record, I believe what made my last time my last time was finally accepting without qualification that I was an alcoholic and that I could not drink 'normally' or safely....ever.

Step one stuff, right?

My mother died last week, out of the blue. That gave me even more reasons to not drink ever.
