For those that continue to struggle...just know there is someone out there right with ya. I see alot of threads with posters who feel distraught and down after falling. Dont. Nothing in life worth getting is easy. No one here is perfect, so dont beat yourself up when you slip. We're all in the same boat. Just know that there are many of us here that are with ya and are going through this storm too. We'll get to the other side. No question about it. Its not a question of if, just a matter of when...we'll do it.

Ditto that.

I alway's love doing the "moment of silence for those still suffering inside and outside of the rooms" after meetings. I take that minute very seriously.
