Hi there
well went to the gym and going again this evening as felt good when i completed my workout
No craving for alcohol whats so ever ,in fact have barely thought about it
No drink 5 days in now.
One day at a time but feeling so much more positive
Off to the consultant this morning ( my endocronologist so not about my liver) hope it is good news as often when I got bad health prognosis in tha past I used it as reason to drink . A "what the hell " I am going to die young now anyway kinda attitude. I will try even if not looking good not to turn to my old friend chardonnay for support
So thanks for listening and being there
Much Love daphne xx

Congratulations on 5 days Daphne.
The gym is probably my biggest aid in remaining sober so it is good to see you doing that. It really works for me.
We are doing a 12 week fitness program here under the health and fitness section. It is in week 3 but it is never to late to join.
Keeping my focus on evercise keeps my focus off alcohol. It works for me.
Keep it up and good luck on your continued success.
