I forgot to mention I was given Ativan to help. But how long does withdrawal last? The sweats/chills, complete tiredness, being out of breath, the bloating? I know you are not doctors but I was wondering about YOUR experiences. The Ativan helps the anxiety but it makes me shaky and exhausted, too.

That she didn't feel it was serious and to see what happens in a week or two of being sober

You should be out of the woods in 4 days. That is how long it took the dry heaves and sweats to go away, for me, anyway. Good thing you have ativan for the anxiety. That was the killer for me.

In the past, when I have quit the yellow in my eyes goes away in a couple of weeks... and my abdomen is not THAT swollen... and my liver is not tender to the touch at all.... but now I am freaked out and had to pop half an ativan, lol

I hope you feel better soon! Think how great it will be not to have to worry about those withdrawals or the shakes.
