Like I said to the OP I think the key to success is making changes - real changes - to the way we live, and finding support.
I have no experience with cocaine at all, but for me making changes meant staying away from old friends and old haunts...sure it was tough at times...but how much do you really want to change?
If NA wasn't a good fit Cocaine Anon might be?
