My head hurts, I have the shakes and the sweats. I also feel like puking. This has to stop....at least I'm not drinking. Just had to vent.

Detoxing from alcohol can be dangerous, so please talk to your dr or go to an ER if things are bad.

Call your family doctor or go to the ER if things get real bad. Detox is nothing to mess with. I also found that on my "crazy" days, sitting in on an AA meeting was good food for the soul. and helped my get out of my own head and think more clearly. Good luck to you.

Went to AA today. It did help! Going tomorrow as well.

Made it through the night! Not much sleep, but a whole lot sweating. I'll never do this to myself or my family again!
