Smile Ready for change

Hello all, well I believe I may have a problem and turned to sober recovery. I've made many mistakes due to my drinking and I'm on the fast track of losing my job because of it. Need to quit, last drink was the 2nd of Jan 2010, last time drunk was about 2pm on the 3rd. Looking forward to staying sober in 2010 .

Thanks for the response guys and gals. My plan for the first few months is to stay away from any alcohol triggers (bars, house parties, "getting a bite to eat", which almost always leads to drinking all night) pretty much laying low. I also would like to get in the gym at least once a day. I just moved to a new town which I have no family so that may be why my drinkings has got a little excessive. And lets not forget reading and responding to SR a few times a day.
