4 Days with no Fentanyl, but Im no better
Different drug of choice, but it certainly took longer than 4 days for me, minute.
I spent 20 years drugging and drinking - I couldn't expect that to right itself in a week - ...but I did LOL.
Give it time - but please... see a doctor if you're worried

I don't know how long it takes for Fentanyl to leave your body, but whatever addiction you have it takes a lot longer to leave the mind. A lot lot longer
As for having no energy, I'm on 90 days plus now and I still sit around at times with no ambition whatsoever to do anything. Just like when I was drinking. For me it's taking baby steps. When I do something I feel I have achieved something, even if it was really small. As long as the steps are forward, it doesn't matter how small they are.
But please listen to Dee's advise and see your doctor if you are at all concerned.

((Minute)) - I abused opiates, but never became addicted or went through withdrawals. My DOC was crack.
However, from what I've read here, opiate withdrawal usually takes at least 7 days before you start to feel better PHYSICALLY...the mental and the lethargy may last for a few weeks longer. Find another doctor..one who can help you - they're out there.
Your body is used to the drugs...it's rebelling against not having what it's used to.
From what I've read here, drinks like powerade, or gatorade are helpful to keep yourself hydrated; warm baths for muscle aches...your legs are going to hurt like crazy; immodium for the diarrhea.
Though it may not seem worth it, reading here, staying addicted is DEFINITELY not worth it and if you get through this withdrawal period, you never have to go through it again.
Hugs and prayers!
