Thanks- and a couple of comments...

I have been visiting this website for around a year- I have had more turbulent years (way more- with more than alcohol involved) but this was a tough one. I won't go into the details just trust me.... I can't say enough about all of the people on here, and I will say I learn just as much or more from the new people that come here. You all are an inspiration in more ways than you know. I just returned from my meeting today and I felt so humbled. What a great group of people, all with different situations.

So- the reason I am posting this is to communicate my happiness. But really to appreciate the people here. I wish you all an excellent Christmas and Holiday, and I wish I could do more for you as you have done for me.

Love and Peace
Dub

Merry Christmas Dub! This has been a difficult year for so many, with our addictions and tough economic times. Trust me when I tell you that we all do much for each other by offering continuose support and unconditional love. It sure makes the bumpy times easier, and keeps a smile on my face most of the time.

Happy Holidays to all!

I'd also like to say I appreciate the people here for opening up about their situations. It helps so much hearing what others have gone through or are going through.

Hey Dubs,

You can....this time next year (especially) you can share your experience strength and hope after a year to all the newbies who will need you.

You are an inspiration to those who are coming to SR now. Five days is a very long time when you are at day 1.

Congrats to you again Dubs on Day 5!

You have a very Merry Christmas and let's all look forward to the new year in sobriety!
