Hi its took me hours to sus this out but got there in the end.
been cleen 8 months now , hope to be speeking to like people
been told only 2 percent sucseed to stay off methadon
and im staying in the 2 percentrs:Xmasvstar

Don't bother with spelling. One thing I've learned in recovery is the delusion of perfcection has stopped me from trying so many things, and will drive me nuts if I let it. :Xmasrstar

2%? Yeah I beleive it. My friend has an NA T-Shirt. It says "Be the miracle!"

Well I won't get into how/why the recovery rates were 75% in the old days, but they were.

I came here looking for a answers and people in the same bout
Its only my second day here .
And i have lerned through reading peoples coments that there are a lot off simalaratis with both alcohole and opiatse mainly the not sleeping .
witch is my biggest consern.
i had no idear alcohole could leve you strugling for sleep for so long
the same ass opiats ,
some days i feal like screeming after 3 days with very littel sleep
i thought after 8 monthes i would be fine NOT THE CASE im exausted all the time .
But reading othere peoples coments showes me im not aloune
