Spiritual Tool Kit
For me the "Spiritual Tool Kit" was first working the steps, then learning how to live those steps in my daily life.
Over the years it has evolved for me to this:
"Just for today, to the best of my ability (and some days are better than others) I practice thoughtfulness, kindness and consideration to all who cross my path and treat them as I would like to be treated."
Sounds simple but it is harder than it sounds. By doing this 'practicing' daily I believe I am being a better person, and because I have to 'practice' this daily it has changed my life completely from what it was and I was when I first found recovery.
