Withdrawal still!

So this is day 5 for me. I thought my physical withdrawal would be declining now however today I feel worse than day 2. Lots of vomiting and my hands are shaking more. Anyone have anything similar to this? Is this "normal"? It's making it harder and harder to stay sober

Only a doctor can really tell you if thats normal.

my own experience was similar to yours......one step foward two steps back in the physical sense.....

beyond day 8 and thngs started to level out..physically.......once i manage a small meal and fluids i was much better.

be a real good idea to run this past a doctor.......be honest .

Gottagive, you really should go see your doctor if you are still vomiting and shaking on day 5. But whatever you do, don't give up. You will get through this.

If you are vomiting, please go to the ER as you are dehydrating. Don't wait til monday to see a doctor. Dehydration can also cause shaking, and with vomiting you are not getting enough fluids.

Please go now!!!

Love and hugs,

I agree: please see a doctor or go to the ER now! Alcohol withdrawal is nothing to mess around with.

If you can get through it you'll NEVER have to do it again. Good luck Gotta.
