Well yesterday, my first day again after a few months, was a veg day for me (as in I sat on the couch all day and didnt do crap). I have been through stopping (in rehab) once before last May and my day 1 and 2 were horrible- enough said there. wasnt the case yesterday- I was just intolerable/irritable most of the time, so I kind of islolated. Today- I woke up at 3am jittery. I know today is going to be the day I feel it. This, in my opinion and experience, is when your body is realizing you are serious and when you make progress, and I am serious. Anyway, I am good, Thanksgiving is almost here in the US, and as much as I could focus on my demons that want to occupy my brain, I am thankful for what I do have!!! The demons are fighting me, and they have won before, but I think they know that I am serious. I feel good now knowing how great I will feel after......

I don't think I've met very many people who say it's easy. Yeah it's tough but it's worth it.
