Hi-mom of a soon to be 3yr old myself, also would drink a bottle of wine a night, in a few hours time as well...have cut down to weekends now cutting it out entirely. I did achieve sobriety for a while when I went to jail for my 3rd DUI at 28 and found out while in jail that I was pregnant with my daughter (thankfully for her sake-no alcohol in jail). Was sober for a year but my ex-husband was abusive and I started drinking again which continued and got worse after I left him...since june I have slowed significantly but want to stop. You can do it-it is hard but I hate facin my daughter with a hangover or even worse wondering if I would say or do something bad to her while intoxicated as I too blackout.
