My higher power did restore me to sanity today. What started out as black as night this morning grew brighter with the people I met and the tools of the program. I thank God and the program for another day of soberity and a chance to grow as a woman.

I'm so glad I only have to live one day at a time. I was so used up by the end of yesterday that I just said a quick prayer and fell so gratefully into blessed sleep. I guess my HP was at work while I was sleeping, because this morning just the resource I needed ended up in my hands.

I don't even really believe in a HP, so this is spooky as heck to me...

But I say my pleases and thank yous and make use of every resource that gets dropped in my lap, and the ones I ferret out on my own as well.

Thanks for sharing that madlydancing. Funny how once we become willing to simply beleive that a Power greater then our selfs can restore us to sanity, one day our HP who was really there all along suddenly appears and sanity does return.
