thank you, love you all. im still sane with this, but this is really getting irritating. why cant i get tired? i have not drank caffeine either. wide awake

Do you really want to know? When you drink, the alcohol slows up your brain...........to make up for that your brain produces another chemical to counteract that........in other words, speeds it up to function for you.................then you quit the alcohol...........brain is still going full speed ahead on elevated chemicals............you are no longer slowing it down..................you are now hyper my friend...........this is obviously not a very scientific way to say it......it will subside.......just do what you are doing...... :)
