Mindful Recovery?

Anyone read this book? Mindful Recovery A Spiritual Path to Healing from Addiction. Just curious what you thought?

Just ordered it, also ordered "Tao of Recovery".

I am sure that Mindfulness is going to be a big thing in recovery soon.

I do like the mindful recovery. I am reading a pretty good book also called "Excuses be gone!" by Wayne Dyer. Its been helpful to my recovery too. He is into the Tao way of thinking also and being mindful.
