Thank you all so much for your support, it really helped make this day easier for me I have hope that one day I will meet my Son, and I pray he doesn't hate me.
Every night I ask God to somehow let him know that he has a Mother who loves and misses him. As for today, I am sober, so I consider it a successful day.

Cathy, Your story went straight to my heart. I can only begin to understand your pain. I think there is a limit to how much a person has to endure before forgiveness. I believe you are entitled to that absolution. I will have you in my thoughts.

I know this thread is probably done....but, keep in mind that kids often seek out the missing parent when they become older. It's a very big possibility and I'm crossing my fingers that it will happen, soon!
