Thanks to everybody that spoke to me yesterday and Saturday. You guys feel good. All of you.
I got day one done.
Today at 4PM or so will be a test. That is when the gremlins in the back of my head get talking and telling me that there is nothing wrong with partying... kind of a what the hell attitude.
Going to stay away from my phone, keep food in my belly and do some stuff around the house.
I hope you are all doing well.

Sounds like a plan Stan....er....Mike. Tomorrow makes 1 week for me and I feel better every day. Stay the course and you won't regret it.
