day has started....

I had a terrible nightmare tonight, woke in full blown panic with my bed soaked in sweat..I'm calm now, going to eat breakfast and then working out in the gym.

I applied online at a rehab centre here in my city, the biggest and proberly most important step i've taken since I started my journey of full unconditional recovery started. I can't do this on my own, i'm an addict that needs professional help.

Don't know what to expect so we'll see.

Day 3's are no fun... I'm not looking forward to it.

But, as mentioned, keep us posted about the rehab... I've wondered the same thing, if that's what it'd take. Just not a viable option for me right now.

i've made it...day three is mine ...

It'll proberly be after the weekend till I get a reply from the clinic, Till then i'll just keep on truckin'...one day at a time...never picking up the first...and especially the last...
