Hello, I think this is the longest span of time I have managed to knit together in a while. It's going ok, but I definitely feel like a rollercoaster of mood swings. Up down, Up, down, etc. Kinda all over the place. But overall I am feeling better and that I am on the right track at least. Hopefully things will start to even out soon. I hope? Anyways, thanks for reading.

Three weeks is a great start on a better sober life.:c011: Keep holding on, one day at a time. You CAN do this! Yes, the mood swings can be rough, but this too shall pass.
