Hello All

How is everyone doing? Good I hope. Just wanted to stop in and say hey. I wanted to update some friends that I have completely given up alcohol and have lost about 20 lbs since I was last here. I work out for about 2 hours everyday and feel great. I wish only the best for you all and want you to know that once you are really ready to quit and improve your life, you will and it will be awesome. I will be in and out a lot more and can't wait to hear more success stories. I am sending out hugs and well wished to all.

I am also still on the straight and narrow. I think we started around the same time.
Keep up the good work.
For me as drinking was a habit sobriety is now a habit. I like routine.
