Meeting was great tonight. I'm so glad I went. The speaker was a friend who I met in recovery, and her story was amazing and how far she has come.
I was embarassed before it started because I knew I had to get my white chip again, but I made sure to go to a meeting where my sponsor and others who loved me were there. When I got up to get it, people clapped and hooted and hollered. It was the best feeling ever!
I'm even feeling better. I am so blessed.
