This is so hard day 3 and i would of already knocked a few back by now,,, but i sit here with my coke wishing it was a bourbon,,, and to top it off i just busted my husband down the shed with a beer LOL.. i new he wouldnt last long,, oh well this is my fight..... im not gonna have one,, i just soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo want one. arrrgghhh :(

Noooooooooo kez, dont have that first drink it'll only bring regret, day 3 is awesome and such an acheivement, keep on with the coke.
Take it minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, you'll get there.
We're doing this together remember, day 3 also. Take it easy.

The hardest thing for me to ever figure out was the fact that it was the first drink that got me drunk, not the 10th!!! As long as I never have that first drink I will never get drunk!
