Taking the first step!
Hello all!

My name is John, and I am a addict!

New to this and open to all support and comments

I have been addicted to Norco(Vic's) for over 2 years now, taking up to about 9-10 a day. I am going to start the WD's here soon and just need friends that can help me through them.

You might consider detoxing under medical supervision.
Just a thought.

Hi, I'm knew here. Alcohol recovery. I don't have much help to offer, but poke around the site. Get familiarized with it. Read some threads (I always want to call them strings) I'm no techy. There are lots of people here going through it. Many of them with much more time and experience in recovery. All of them happy to help. We all help each other here.

I think people are right about medical supervision - it really is in your best interests.
