When in treatment they doled out the meds like candy. I took them as well, most everyone took them to help them sleep at night. I asked to be taken off of them. I enjoyed it way too much. So I just stuck with my Prozac.

I'm glad I did that for myself. Not saying anything Cath, just saying but at the same time I knew if I took that off my "plate" of things I'm "allowed" to have I would be safer from myself.

Yeah, I definitely had bad motives yesterday, wanted to get messed up. That is why I kept taking them, tripled my dose.

I will probably get my white chip on Thursday night. Embarrasing, but has to be done.
