Hey sphalerite good luck in your recovery, what meds were you prescribed? compared to earlier when i felt I was dieing, I feel a bit better now, not looking forward to tonight tho, cant see me getting much sleep.
Theres no way I want to go thru this again...ever.

Welcome back.
Something that just popped out to me was that you said you already knew what one drink would do.
Well lets take that same concept and look at it like this.
You also know that after stopping for some time. After the W/D that it can only get better if you keep doing right.
So find comfort in knowing that once you get past that rough few days or however long it takes to detox. And know that it can and will get better.
Once you start to get over that withdrawl. Do something with yourself. Anythign positive. Work whatever program it is you do and just make the tiniest little changes in your life for the better.
Just hang in there. Your not alone and you are far from worthless.
