feeling a bit less depressed today but still exhausted. Nothing to do so I won't do anything but rest and walk the dogs.

Glad you are not as depressed today. I pray you find stability and peace. I have been exactly where you are and it is exhausting. Please know you are not alone through this.

not sure if this helps but i felt like that being sober aswell, (basically i wasnt treating the spritual malady) i got a new sponcer who gave me actions to take on a daily basis. get on my knees, write a gratitude list (10 things), read the Just for today card, read two pages from the big book, and ring two newcomers every day. since i have done these things life has got a whole lot better. my illness does not have a day off, so i dont.... god bless
