Can I count the number of times you have brightened my day? No way. You are living proof of the power of giving in recovery. I suspect all that you do for others is a huge part of your own program.

With witnessing so many people (myself included) struggle with relapse and Sobriety the statistics and success rate are often very discouraging. The people with less than a Year of Sobriety seem to outnumber the ones with a Year or More by 100 to 1. I really need to be that 1. It is truly an inspiration to see someone who has managed to put together a 9 Year stretch of Sobriety. Only other Alcoholics understand the Difficulty that entails and the Magnitude of that accomplishment. Congratulations Anna. Today you are my Hero.

Happy Birthday Anna! Many thanks to you for showing me that AA is not the only way to stay clean and sober. Your experience is definitely an inspiration.
