Speaking of Labor Day, I was thinking earlier, it wasn't that long ago that I was unemployable due to my Alcoholism! It is a great feeling to have today off of work because I can hold a job!! Another great benefit of Sobriety, life is so much better sober!

It was long, long ago, but I won't let myself forget that Labor Days used to mean me recovering from a weekend long bender.

Today I ran, played guitar, took a nap... lol.. great holiday!

i just got done watching a good dvd i rented.. a nice relaxing sober day Yaawwwnn.. now i'm making a pizza before miami plays florida state at 8!!! sobriety is great!

Yeah....three days off would mean three days of more than usual over the top drinking. And feeling like crap for my efforts.

This is my second sober Labor Day. I am so very, very grateful for it.
