Looking for a recovery turbo boost
Hi everyone,
I'm Ed. This is my first post to the forum. I've been sober since Nov 29, 2007. I want to keep the concept of recovery in my mind and in my life. Drinking was so easy that it made my life hard. Recovery may be hard, but it makes my life easy (or at least, easier). I'm here to make my life easier.

Hi Ed, welcome to SR! I quit drinking in August 2007 and didn't discover SR until this past spring and posting here has been very positive for me in my resolve to live a happy/healthy/sober life. It was actually pretty easy for me to stop drinking but I can't ever let myself take that for granted because it would be even easier to fall back to where I was.

Thanks for welcoming me, everyone. I look forward to participating here.
Before signing up, I did a "search-engine" (IxQuick) search for "recovery forum". I looked at about 5 of them. This one stood out for me as being a really good place. Your warm welcomes already make me feel good about my choice.
