Two PM and still sober... shaking won't stop

Can hardly type with these shakes....but I have moments here and there of clarity and that encourages me to the next.... am clock watching to see how long I have been sober... obssessing about drinking.. all normal I suppose. Will do my bills when the shaking stops!

Yup, holdfold, sounds normal to me, sorry.

Yeah, I know. I'm barely out of that stage, and my hands are still shaking a little.

Focus on the moments of clarity... sounds good.

It's happening to me too. Was shaking more in the first 24 hours. I'm at about 42 hours right now and it's less, but still happens.

Bills! Good idea. Nothing like being productive to keep your mind off of it.

Good luck.

Hey....

You take care... and Anna's right... you need never go through it again... take it minute by minute if you have to... or better still... take the batteries out the clock for a while... just try and focus on the positive moments...and keep reading/posting if you can...

I hope its a quick process for you

Was right where you are 27 days ago. It gets better. It sucks, but everyone above is right...You never have to go through it again. If you get really bad please call someone, preferably 911. All things considered Great Typing!
