Odaat..

hi all.. it has been a very interesting ride so far for me in my sober journey! i have had many ups and downs.. but.. it is better than it was. the lows are not as low. the highs not as high. it is worth it staying sober.. ODAAT!

(2years 7 months and counting)

I agree 24...incredible the feeling of freedom...life is about ups and downs...sobriety lets you appreciate the ride. (2+ years and counting)

yep.. my sponsor died in may and i just saw a friend go back out drinking after 9 years sober.. and i'm still sober today..

ODAAT has me rather relieved that its not (OLLAAT) One Life Long At A Time. "Just For Today" I'll live in the current presence of the now and not project my life far off and away.
