hello
Today is my 7th day of being completely sober. i have had a severe opiate addiction for about 4 years now. I detoxed myself, with the help of my wife and kids, and it was horrible. But now I am starting to feel better!

Ty guy, only thing still hard to deal with is the insomnia.


But, this too shall pass! I hope sooner than later!

I was an alcoholic but the sleeplessness passed for me yeah

We have an insomnia forum and a substance abuse forum - I dunno, but both might be of some use or interest to you as well
