Can someone help me

I've been hear so many times and have read so many messages on this board. I log into the live chat and for some odd reason i cannot post a message. I need seriously help and was hoping i can chat with someone right now. can you please tell me what is wrong why i can not write a message in the chat room?

The chatroom utilizes a Java applet to function. If you do not have Java Runtime installed on your computer, it will not display properly. More information about this problem is located in the Technical Issues forum.

I never go into the Chat Room, but I always find that posting threads here on the boards is a great way to connect with people.
