I got up early to meet a friend for coffee and she never showed, which gave my self esteem quite a jab. I'm trying to put myself back out there with people after isolating for so so long.... A nice older man sat down by me while I was waiting on my friend and we had a nice conversation. I didn't want to go home after the coffee shop so I went over to my mom's and we played cards and went to lunch. So overall my day was good. Still hoping the meds start doing a better job along with the skills I'm learning to help with the bipolar.
By the way... My friend called, and she simply forgot. We're meeting next week.
