Joedris and sfgirl, I agree with you both about the therapist, there I was sooo upset and she is recommending books to read!!! Yes the books will come in handy after the edge is taken off the ill effects of my illness. I couldn't even concentrate and there she was talking about books while I'm hysterical.
I think maybe I will give her one more try... I don't know... maybe not.

I also agree that the therapist seems to lack compassion & empathy. I just don't think there's any time to waste, Suzette - on someone who is not a good fit for you. I feel that if you don't hit it off in the beginning, it's not likely to improve.
