4. I work the steps with a sponser. When I don't want to work the steps, I pray for teachablility and willingness to work them.
5. I am transparent. When I want to lie or hide I pray for the willingness to be honest.
6. I go to a meeting every day. When I don't want to go to a meeting, I pray for willingness to get my butt up and go to a meeting.
So the bottom line is PRAYER and ACTION and more PRAYER (for me). It's working, so I am not going to stop. And when I want to stop I am going to pray to God to keep me going!!!!

Thanks All! Willingness is a HUGE change for me, since I have been fighting this for 6 years. 3 rehabs later I feel completely different - THANK GOD - literally... because I didnt do anything different to feel willing other than pray.
Congrats! Sounds like you are doing great!
Congrats on 90... right on!
