I just had to share this....My 5yr old just made a book for me this morning.
Titled "All about fun"...the first page has a boy and girl holding hands..."all about fun is having friends"...second page, a heart with I heart (love) U in the heart, "having fun is loving". the third page, is a pic of a present, "All about fun is giving". And at the end she finished with "all about fun is everything".
I can't believe she made this in no time to hand to me before I left for work. I am so grateful to have such a giving little girl. She sure is my rock and so are my boys...but she sure knows what mom needs right now.:day6

I think that is the biggest privelege in the world. It is so wonderful when a child loves you. nothing I can compare it to.
My bedroom door is covered in my lil cousins drawings and cards they have made me over the past couple years. I started putting them up there 2 yrs ago starting with the ones they drew me and sent with my aunt and gram when I was in rehab. And so started a door collage of kiddy drawings and stuff. LOL.
They notice if I dont put something up there too.
It is a great thing that can warm even the coldest heart.
