Actually I am going to take Dee's advice too, going to be good to myself and others this evening, been beating myself up.

So ... I am going to be good to me, look out for the helicopters and the boats and have faith and trust in my Higher Power, the process of recovery and all of you.

Onward into the evening...

Yumm, cookies.

You know what goes really well with chocolate chip cookies? You know those peppermint disks (the red and white ones that taste like candy canes) in a cup of coffee. You let it melt in there and it is just a wonderful combination.
