2 months yesterday....
I went out to dinner last night for my uncles 40th birthday, alot of people were having beer, wine, etc, and I didn't drink any alcohol. I didn't even have that one drink I was talking about in the other thread of mine.
And before I would of needed that alcohol to talk to people and get rid of the anxiety but I was actually fine. I had no trouble talking to people and enjoying myself without alcohol, and I'm happy I didn't wake up with a hangover in the morning. I'm glad I made the choice not to drink alcohol 2 months ago. One of the best decision I made in my life.

congrats on your 2 months, last night, and one of the best decisions of your life!! i know how great it feels to have your control back and feel good about yourself. stay focused and remember how good you feel now, and how bad you would feel if you had drank. i've gave in too many times and always seem to loose focus on why i really want to quit. so stay strong and enjoy not having the burdon of regret haunting you today, and hopefully never again!! best to you
