Yummm...that does sound good, Mattie. I think my favorite is Italian sausage with mushrooms and onions, but if I'm going with chicken, I prefer an alfredo sauce with spinach and onions.

Never did I think to use
fried eggplant on pizza....

and to remind me that
cold pizza the next day
is to die for.....
