Fizzy....you obviously havent cooked that recipee.....all those ingrediece wouldn't fit in a dutch oven..... 7lb chicken legs...thats just amazes me....
I think the dutch would just call it a pot....i mean..thats all it really is...or maybe a kettle if they are fancy....

5 years ago footballer Clark Carlisle didn't get his contract renewed by QPR and spent time in rehab for Alcohol problems.
Today he played for Burnley and won man of the match as they won the play off final 1 -0.
There is hope for all of us to turn this round.

Oh..a Dutch oven is a very....heavy...pot with a lid. They are about a half inch thick.
Cast iron, usually.

Fizzy...i thought you ran around in a kilt all day....i mean my expereince is that skirts are cooler than shorts and much more comfortable and have a number of other interesting advantages (grin)
