Where is this found?

A A's 12 Steps are a group of principles, spiritual in nature, which if practiced as a way of life, can expel the obsession to drink/think and enable the sufferer to be happily & usefully whole.

Anyone?

IF you flat out already know, pause for a few & let those who don't do a little digging. It's worth it.......

Just a little bump to see if you can get an answer, I know where it is, but as you say it is good to do a bit of reading if one does not know.:c033:

Taz! that's awesome you know & great to hear! When I heard "happily & usefully whole" I knew that is all I have ever wanted in my life.

I found it!! Although I did have to do some researching and reading first. I'm not going to spoil it for those that don't know where it is. It's an excellent exercise.

Thanks

The same page goes into saying that 12 steps are beneficial to a quality life whether one is alcoholic or not.
