hungry...angry...lonely...tired
Each time I returned to drinking...at least 2
of those elements were happening....
I also added another for me to be vigilent about
S.........for stress.
When I feel myself sliding too close to HALTS
I use the Serenity Prayer
and quickly change my situation.

on how to actually stay quit.

ok im done. I havent stopped eating for the last 24 hours, but playing with your acronym kept me busy for five minutes!
And tomorrow is ALL about food. I honestly am cracking myself up, because its the worse "binge" since I started losing weight. I'll get back on track monday.
