Day 15-interesting morning
Day 15-interesting morning
So I am really happy that I have reached Day 15, but I had some symptoms this moring. I have been waking up with a headache every morning. I don't know if it stress, the way I am sleeping, grinding my teeth at night, or withdrawal. I also dry heaved several times this morning as well. No matter what, these symptoms will not make me drink again, but I am wondering if it something other than withdrawal. If it keeps up, I might go get a physical or something. Any way, I am happy to be sharing my sobriety with you all and hope we all do well for at least today. Love you all.

I always get headaches and lately I have been waking up with the worst cotton mouth and dry throat. To where it makes me heave.
I have to chug water when I get up or I start to choke from my throat and mouth being so dry.
Not sure why. But I would go see the Dr too if I were you.

I grind my teeth at nite too. It helps to stuff your mouth with cotton before going to bed, but like cyn, you wake up with a really dry mouth and look like the Godfather, lol.
Seriously, some of it may just be your body adjusting and fixing itself from all the time spent abusing it. A visit to the doc may be in order, but also give your body time to catch up from the changes it's going thru.

Wes, I am so glad to see you on day 15!
my daughter is just past that by a few days, and the head aches which were actually migraines are just now tapering off ....
seeing a doctor is an excellent idea....
