Kids are good examples of that too least. I have a new puppy that thinks everything is awesome. And 4 lil cousins that do the same.
I learn alot of thie simple pleasures from them too. How simple life can be and how happy all that simplicity can make you.

Yeah it's going to take some work but I think it is the best way to go. On the rare occasion I have the freedom of not worrying about the future is amazing as is the lightness of putting down my baggage.
