Food tastes strange!!!
My chinese food dont taste right!!!!!
I am sure alot of us remember stopping off for a chinese/indian/chippie/pizza on way home after a night out.... going home and eating what we could... leaving the rest for breakfast... in the hope usually that eating would make the hangover better or just so we could start again drinking...
I remember doing this and thinking how nice the food tasted...
I dont know how many people i know say they do this...
Last night i wasn't drinking and bought a chinese... ate some and fell asleep... woke this morning and thought "I'm not wasting it... so i tried one mouthful.... and YUK!!!!... its disgusting the next day..
Is it only my taste buds... or has anyone else found this...
**praying** not the only one to have done this...
p.s... happy easter all
be well

Hi Louis,
Now that's one I haven't seen in a recovery book yet. But I do remember my taste for food being severely impaired when I was really drinking a lot. There are so many things we can do to our digestive system drinking to distort taste.
I would not worry about it too much unless all food starts to taste off and then it's time for a Doctor. In the mean time I would toss that stuff!
