I couldnt agree more! I didnt know what to do who to talk to and i found this place! I personally at day 28 and there is no way i could have done it without the help support and love from everyone here!

That's great on day at a time. The first thing I had to-do wad great honest with myself. I have been sober 9 yrs I just take 24 and some times 1 hr. You can do this
