so broke that I have thought of stealing recently, things like food from supermarkets to trainers. I even managed to find support for that 'when you down its ok' victim type mentality.

I am pleased to say its not been hard to raise those thoughts, thank them for being in my head and tell them bye bye.

I dont aand could never do this alone, we do this.

I receive U.S. Government Food Stamps and
I consider them a blessing. They cover about
1/2 of my groceries.
If I ate only Peanut butter/cracjers they would do all.

Not sure if your country has them or not.
Please do check what is abailable for you.

Thank you for posting that. I have to remember that my thoughts are just thoughts too. I watched a checker in the grocery store counting money today and remembered stealing from an employer in my using days. I have since made amends, but thoughts still fly through my head sometimes. Whew, I'm glad I have somewhere to go with those thoughts and don't have to deal with them alone.

Thanks Dee, I thought that was the case. Centerlink gave me a voucher for the local Salvos and they keep turning me away, last time they said not today its next week... I was too embarrased to say anything.
